How do I get access?

  • Someone being tracked: in Activity Atlas Tracker, choose Open my dashboard.
  • Anyone else: ask an administrator to create an access key for you (Organization → People).

Active is time an app was in front with keyboard or mouse use in the last 5 minutes. Tracking now means the person's Mac checked in within the last 2 minutes. Active share is active time divided by active plus idle time with the screen on.

    Tasks

No activity recorded on this day.

Times are in your time zone (). A task is one visit to one page, email, conversation, document or window. Repeat means the same item was opened earlier in the period. "Read", "Wrote" and similar words come from keyboard, mouse and scroll signals: what was typed is never recorded.

      Recording detail

Never recorded at any level: typed text, message contents, screenshots, full web addresses, passwords. Changing the level asks everyone to review and consent again on their Mac before tracking continues.

      Who can see what

Everyone can see their own activity. Administrators see everyone.

      Data retention

Changing the period asks everyone to consent again before their Mac uploads more.

          Tracking consent

Start, pause and stop tracking in Activity Atlas Tracker on each Mac. Withdrawing consent here immediately stops all your Macs from uploading.

          Track this Mac

Opens Activity Atlas Tracker on this computer, already connected to this server. You still review the policy, consent and press Start yourself.

          Dashboard access key

Use it to sign in from another browser. Creating a new key replaces the old one and signs out other browsers. Tracking is not affected.
